The Spring Ready Challenge kicks off Saturday 3rd August, with our launch day. On this Day you will undergo:

Kickstart

It’s Friday and it’s time to get ready for the weekend. This class will have you pumped up and feeling good for the weekend

Shape Up

Circuit training meets MMA boxing in this hard hitting class. One of our all time favourite concepts will see you sweat it out in a range of high intensity station efforts mixed with the fun of MMA style boxing thrown in to ensure a killer workout.

Dream Team

It’s hump day and what better way to ensure you get over the hump than with your friends. Dream team is all about teaming up and working together to crush the challenges set by this class.

Boxing

Time to get out some of that pent up negative energy from the week. This class is all about punching those pads as hard as you can and leaving the gym feeling happy. Think of it as a theropy session with boxing gloves!

Party Pump

It’s Friday and it’s time to get ready for the weekend. This class will have you pumped up and feeling good for the weekend

Sweat it out

Whether you need to sweat out a Friday night of drinking and bad choices or you just want to finish off a strong week of crushing goals this class is exactly what you need. Get in, get sweaty and get out! Easy as that!

Evolve Strength

Based on traditional body split training method. Focus on heavy lifting.
